Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what data VPNTrain processes on its website, user panel, and subscription service, why it is processed, and what requests users may make. Data needed to manage accounts is handled separately from activity on international routes. Please also read the Terms of Service. Data handled on third-party payment pages is subject to their own privacy policies.

Account and Order Data

No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNTrain processes usernames, password verification data, account status, and subscription access to verify identity, provide subscriptions, and manage accounts. An email address is not required for registration, and users are not asked to provide one simply for visiting the website.

Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment method, transaction identifier, payment status, and refund status. They are used to confirm payments, verify entitlements, and handle disputes. Traffic billing requires keeping each account's total traffic usage and reset status, but not specific browsing destinations.

Information and attachments submitted through a support ticket are used to handle that request. Please provide only the information needed for troubleshooting. Do not submit passwords, complete subscription links, or sensitive payment credentials.

No-Logs Policy

VPNTrain does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing history, destination domains, request content, or connection logs that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. This data is not part of routine retention, and no record links an account to a specific browsing destination.

During data transmission over a route, temporary connection state needed to complete communications is used only for the current communication and is not kept as a historical activity record after the connection ends. Account traffic totals, subscription status, and payment records are service delivery and billing information, not browsing or connection activity logs.

Website analytics and panel authentication records are not records of route activity. The no-logs policy describes VPNTrain's data handling practices; it does not mean that destination websites or payment services will not process data under their own rules.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help assess page visits, referral sources, and button usage to check that content and navigation work as intended. Analytics are limited to website interactions and do not submit browsing content, passwords, or subscription credentials as events.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login sessions and save language preferences and essential interface choices. The panel may store an authentication token locally. This token is used to verify subsequent requests and should be protected like account credentials.

You can view, restrict, or clear site storage in your browser settings. After clearing it, you may need to log in again or reset your preferences; this does not automatically delete server-side account or order records. After using a shared device, log out and clear the relevant storage.

Payments and Required Disclosures

VPNTrain supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, which may independently record information needed to complete a transaction. This service receives the transaction identifier and payment status needed to verify an order; it does not request payment account passwords.

When handling refunds or transaction disputes, relevant order information may need to be shared with the payment processor, limited to what is needed for verification. If a valid request must be answered by law, only existing data within the scope of the applicable requirement will be processed. This does not create browsing activity logs excluded by this policy.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account and subscription information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and manage the account. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained as required for reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Website analytics are kept only as long as needed for analysis and maintenance, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not set a single retention period that has not been confirmed.

To access, correct, or delete account data, log in to the panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal, specifying the data involved. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Incomplete transactions or records that must be retained by law may not be deleted at the same time; the reason will be explained. Deleting an account may affect access to subscriptions and future services.

Policy Updates and Requests

Policy changes will be published on this page, and the updated month at the top will be revised. Material changes to data categories, purposes, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the panel. New purposes will be explained in advance, and separate consent will be obtained where required.

For privacy questions, data requests, or concerns about how a request was handled, visit the Support page for contact options or submit a panel ticket. Please specify the account matter and the action you are seeking, and avoid including unrelated personal information.
